HostNine.com, NOT FAIR at all

Hi All,

First of all I'm Joomla programmer, and the owner of two joomla based web sites. After having some problems with my previous hosting company, WebHostingBuzz, I decided to search for a reliable hosting company, then I've done some googling and visited some web hosting directories.

After a while I found HostNine.com is suitable for my needs, and it already was. I mean by my needs: budget, disk space, bandwidth and other features. Also I read very good reviews for HostNine.com, so I've taken the decesion to host my sites on hostnine servers on 26 Aug 2007.

After payment processing, I found out that they don't use 2Checkout or such like credit card processing companies, that means you can't dispute and refund your money in case they violated the agreement or cancelled your account for any reason, simply because they can easily say, its your fault.

Then, I didn't receive my welcome email which contains the required information to start uploading my sites, after about 6 hours I asked them why they didn't send my welcome email, they answered me that I must verify my identity by calling their phone number!

Because I'm not from USA, I refused to pay extra money for international call to verify my identity because it's not my problem. Then asked them to find another method for identity verification, they asked me to send a photocopy for my ID and I did.
But I didn't receive my welcome email too, so I asked again what is the problem now, the support agent told me you need to send a photocopy for my ID to verify my identity, because the billing agent placed a notice that I didn't send my ID!

I said to the support agent: I already send it, please check my ticket. After a while he said: yes, your ID is already attached, I will leave a notice for the billing agent and he will send your welcome email ASAP, and I received it after whole day from payment date!

Anyway, I setup and uploaded my sites and it was working well for one month, although there were minor problem that can happen with any hsoting company.
